Although our FCM partners hold customer funds in bank accounts separate from the accounts that hold firm operating funds such accounts are not segregated within the meaning of the Commodity Exchange Act and, therefore, do not provide customers with any protection under existing bankruptcy laws. Please note, our FCM partners are registered, regulated, and financially strong. Our FCM has purchased a Financial Institution Bond 14 (FIB 14) Policy, although this policy provides protection against various types of fraud, theft, and embezzlement, it only provides a limited amount of financial protection to the firm that has purchased it. The policy does not directly safeguard clients' funds.
