Track 'n Trade Software & Plug-ins

Gecko Software offers full-access 14-day trials for all Track 'n Trade platforms, plug-ins, and data services allowing clients to explore products in their entirety, risk free with no credit card required and no commitment or obligation. Therefore, no returns are available after purchase of these items.

Educational Courses / Mentoring

Due to the nature of electronically delivered educational materials & time expended for mentoring services, Gecko Software does not offer refunds for the products purchased from the Educational Courses section or for one-on-one mentoring.

Live Seminars

Due to the advanced reservation and payment of accommodations, live seminar pre-registrations are unable to be refunded.

Data Services Billing

Data charges are billed according to the day that you purchased the service. For example, if you order a quarterly data service on June 22 your next billing date would be September 22 and so on. If you order on the 29-31st of the month, your renewal date is the 1st of the subsequent month of when it would normally be due to some months not having a 29-31. Data Services Cancellations

A customer may cancel the auto-renewal data service at any time via email to orders@geckosoftware.com. No refunds are available after auto data service subscription charges. Once your data service is cancelled, the data service will still be usable until the expiration date.

Annual & Prepaid Data Services

Gecko Software provides a full, no risk, 14-Day trial of our software including data services, therefore no refunds are available.

By using this website and purchasing any products or services from Gecko Software, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and this refund policy.
